Travel around CocoCay with Bobby
Day 1A Thrilling Start at Thrill Waterpark
The moment I stepped onto CocoCay, I knew this was going to be a unique experience. My first stop? Thrill Waterpark. As someone who loves a good adrenaline rush, I couldn’t resist tackling Daredevil’s Peak, the tallest waterslide in North America. Standing at the top of that slide, with the entire island below me, I felt a mix of excitement and a little fear! The rush of flying down the slide was unbelievable—an absolute must for thrill-seekers.
After conquering the waterpark, I decided to slow things down with a walk over to Oasis Lagoon, the largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean. The pool had a lively atmosphere, with a swim-up bar where I grabbed a refreshing tropical cocktail. I floated around for a while, enjoying the island vibes before grabbing lunch at Skipper’s Grill, where I had a delicious pulled pork sandwich with island spices and a side of crispy fries.
To wrap up the day, I made my way to Chill Island, a quieter, more relaxing part of CocoCay. I found a hammock under the shade of a palm tree, where I let the gentle breeze and the sound of the ocean lull me into total relaxation. It was the perfect balance to the thrill-packed morning.
Thrill Waterpark is an absolute must for adrenaline lovers, but make sure to balance the excitement with some downtime on Chill Island. CocoCay offers the best of both worlds—adventure and relaxation in equal measure.

Day 2Over the Island and Under the Sea
On my second day, I woke up excited for some new adventures. I kicked things off by heading straight to the CocoCay Zip Line. Strapped in and ready to fly, I soared over the island, getting incredible views of the crystal-clear waters and the beachgoers below. Gliding through the air with the wind in my face gave me a whole new perspective on the island, and it was one of the most exhilarating experiences of my trip.
Next, I joined a snorkeling tour to explore the vibrant marine life just off the shore. The water was unbelievably clear, and within minutes of diving in, I found myself swimming alongside colorful tropical fish and graceful stingrays. CocoCay’s underwater world is just as stunning as its beaches, and I spent hours floating through coral reefs and taking in the beauty of the sea.
For lunch, I headed over to Captain Jack’s, a cozy spot right by the water. I couldn’t resist trying their famous chicken wings, which were juicy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of heat. Paired with a cold Bahamian beer, it was the perfect island meal.
I wrapped up the afternoon in one of CocoCay’s luxurious overwater cabanas. These private cabanas offer stunning views, and with a personal attendant bringing drinks and snacks, it felt like a true slice of paradise. I spent the evening watching the sunset from the cabana, feeling like I had the island all to myself.

Day 3Relaxation at Chill Island and Coco Beach Club
After two days packed with adventure, I was ready for a slower, more relaxing day. I started my morning at Chill Island, where I rented a beach lounger and soaked up the sun. The beach was quieter today, giving me the chance to really unwind and enjoy the beauty of the island’s white sand and turquoise waters.
Feeling adventurous again, I decided to try paddleboarding for the first time. Balancing on the board was a bit tricky at first, but once I got the hang of it, paddling through the calm, clear waters was incredibly peaceful. It’s the perfect activity for those who want to enjoy the water without the intensity of more extreme sports.
For lunch, I treated myself to a meal at the exclusive Coco Beach Club. The Beach Club is all about luxury, and the food did not disappoint. I had a fresh lobster sandwich paired with a tropical fruit salad, which was hands down one of the best meals of my trip. The Beach Club’s infinity pool offered stunning views of the ocean, and I spent the rest of the afternoon lounging by the pool, cocktail in hand, feeling utterly relaxed.
Before heading back to the ship, I stopped by the floating bar at South Beach for one last drink. The sunset over the ocean was spectacular, casting golden light across the water and ending my time at CocoCay on a perfect note.
