Day 2A Day of Culture and Nature

This museum is a hidden gem, showcasing artifacts from ancient times through to modern history. It’s a great way to understand how Andijon fits into the larger Uzbek story.
In the afternoon, I traded history for nature at Bog’i Shamol Park, a favorite among locals for relaxation. Walking through its green spaces, I could see families picnicking and children playing. I took a boat ride on the small lake in the park, enjoying the tranquil surroundings—perfect for recharging before continuing my exploration. For dinner, I visited My Garden Restaurant, a cozy spot surrounded by trees, serving local dishes with a twist. The lamb kebabs were tender and flavorful, and I loved the relaxed atmosphere.
