Day 1Waking up by the Dnipro River
Upon arriving in Kyiv, I checked into the Fairmont Grand Hotel, which offered a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. For my final dinner in Kyiv, I chose to try something different and visited Shoti, a well-known Georgian restaurant. I indulged in khachapuri, a famous Georgian cheese bread, and paired it with a deliciously spicy meat dish and local wine. The cozy ambiance and friendly service made this meal the perfect conclusion to my Kyiv adventure.
